Unable to set password for newly created users

Hi Guys,

I am deploying UTMStack on VMware using Ubuntu 24.04 with the official installer.

When I go to Manage Users and create a new user, I notice that there is no field to set a password in the user creation/edit form. Because of this, the newly created user cannot log in, since no password has been configured.

I’m not sure if:

• I misunderstood how user authentication is supposed to work, or
• there might be a problem with my installation.

Could you please clarify how passwords should be set for newly created users?
