Light mode polish

• Arrow on right side of theme menu item even though menu opens on left (Light Mode + OKLCH #3061 (comment))
• Light badge too low contrast (Light Mode + OKLCH #3061 (comment))
• Purple/blue preview banner too saturated (Light Mode + OKLCH #3061 (comment))
  • Also true of blue message box, e.g., in firewall rule form. Same color, I think
• Text in regular table cells in light mode is too light (Light Mode + OKLCH #3061 (comment))
• Loading bar hard to see when browser theme doesn't match our theme #3086 (not really light mode specific but we should fix it together with it)
• Serial console doesn't really work in light mode — needs a border at least to distinguish the terminal area. But maybe it's simplest to just make it always black? Eh I'm sure we can make light mode work. Though it currently doesn't change theme until refresh when you switch the theme. If we can't easily fix that, we should just keep it white text on black.

These need colors. /system/silos. I think the one that's supposed to be green might actually be very slightly green but I could be hallucinating it.

Seems like what's left is:

• Probably don't do light mode on login #3136
• Loading bar hard to see when browser theme doesn't match our theme #3086 (low priority IMO)
• error border too pink in light mode (Light mode polish #3087 (comment))
  • text also doesn't quite match the ring color in dark mode either
• disabled button still too dim (Light mode polish #3087 (comment))
• light mode text colors too dark (affects both icons Light mode polish #3087 (comment) and serial console, but feels less bad in serial console)
