Search on Projects Page does not search all Projects

On the projects page at https://oxide.sys.r3.oxide-preview.com/projects, if I use the search (ctrl + k) box to search for a project it will only show up if it is on the current page of paginated results.

As a user, my assumption is that the search box would search all projects, but this does not seem to be the case.

This was just fixed in #3129. You can see it on https://oxide.sys.rack2.eng.oxide.computer/ (behind VPN). It won't be on r3 until release 19.
