CAPS LOCK disables functionality

Bug description

When cap lock is activated on the keyboard window resizing does not activate via pressed shortcuts.

Setup

macOS version

Mac OSX Sequoia 15.4

Settings

• Launch at login
• Show menubar icon
• Focus on window
• Use quadrants
• Require mouse click

Shortcuts

Move: cmd+Shift

Resize: cmd+Shift+command

Not sure if this is related, but I have a similar issue where my hyperkey is:
⌘ ⇧ ⌃ ⌥ and it is assigned to my caps lock along with left/right click. It sometimes stops working to resize or move, however if I press all the keys outside of my hyperkey, it works just fine. My fix is just to set the hotkeys to ⇧ + left/right click for right now.

I am on 15.5 (24F74).
