Move the packit domain to the IT

• Research the possibility of moving the packit.dev domain to the IT, namely:
  • Have a look at the link to the support article in arch doc
  • Try to find any negatives that would appear compared to the current setup
  • Consider the migration of Packit to Fedora Infrastructure
• If there are no major issues / QoL downsides, follow the instructions in the support article from the arch doc to open a ticket to transfer the domain to RH
