Remove the 0.5m snapping (even in 2D)

Problem or motivation

Trying to trace a floor plan by uploading a .png to copy. However the snapping to 0.5m makes it impossible to trace accurately enough (even for rough sketches).

It would be great to be able to turn off snapping or change the grid size.

I think the best approach would be to keep snapping enabled by default, but allow temporarily disabling it while holding a modifier key (e.g., Ctrl or another key). This would be consistent with how non-45° walls are currently handled.

In its current state, the 0.5m snapping makes it extremely difficult (impossible....) to create accurate floor plans. In practice, almost no real-world project strictly follows 0.5m increments, so this limitation becomes a blocker even for basic layouts.
