feature: option to get the font-URL for custom fonts

Currently, users who upload and select custom fonts do not have an easy way to get the direct URL for these fonts with the plugin API. This limitation makes it difficult to integrate custom fonts the plugins development.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Developers can integrate custom font retrieval into plugins for design and development tools. Additional permission setting to restrict or allow access to the font URL, ensuring better control over who can retrieve and use the fonts.
