URGENT - existing customer terminal license is expiring

Hell,
I have sent multiple support email requests to support@perpetualintelligence.com and never received a response.

I am trying to down load a new license as the existing is expiring end of 2025, I get error (picture below) on all your web page once after I logged in. I have tried in 3 different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge

Please help ASAP because this will jeopardize my business if the new license is not available.
