Storage Manager folder rename not working (pgAdmin 9.12)

Problem description: Unable to rename a folder using the Storage Manager.

pgAdmin version: 9.12
Running in: Server mode
Browser: Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

• Log in to pgAdmin.
• Navigate to Tools -> Storage Manager...
• Click "New Folder" to create a new folder
• Select the newly created folder.
• Click the three dots ("...") menu and choose "Rename".

Expected behavior:

• You should be able to rename the folder.

Actual behavior:

• Nothing happens after selecting "Rename"; there is no option or prompt to rename the folder.

Notes:

• same problem occurs when trying to rename files
