Watch settings

Hi all, it's been really exciting to see a bunch of fresh faces contributing here in the past few weeks, spinning up a lot of new discussions and PRs. :-D

To make sure I keep up with things folks have requested my specific attention on, I've updated my watch settings to only ping my email for threads I've previously participated in, or been @-mentioned within. I only "announce" this because others may want to do the same: that way nobody misses a ping among all the activity that we're not involved with directly.

On the other hand, maybe you haven't set up email notifications at all. That's how you do it. 👆
