Cursor is not switching to a pointer

Except for the settings in the chat box and the actions in the top-right corner, the cursor doesn't change to a pointer. Examples include the chat boxes on the left and the blue "send" button.

Many things work now, but the settings button in the bottom left corner still doesn't have the correct cursor state

Also, what doesn't work are the files you can click when the agent edits files and when showing the diffs and trying to switch turns, this is where it doesn't work too
