Fix top and bottom gaps on 'Video' card overlay

Describe the bug
On the 'Select Asset Type' section, the dark overlay (or cover) on the 'Video' card does not cover the entire card. There is a visible gap at the top and bottom edges where the cover is incomplete.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 'Bucket' page.
2. Look at the 'Select Asset Type' section.
3. Check the 'Video' card (when it has 0 items and is greyed out).
4. See the error: The dark cover does not stretch all the way to the top and bottom borders.

Expected behavior
The dark cover/overlay should completely cover the entire 'Video' card from edge to edge, leaving no gaps at the top or bottom.
