Cannot delete a new block or new field of a block

Bug description

When I want to delete a field of a block or a whole block, I get the answer saying it is used by a question of a form
Example :
The field "Test" cannot be deleted because it is used in a form question: [For which user are you making this request ?]

If has no sense as the field is new and it no used in any form.
If I delete question above, I get the same error but with a question of another former.

I deleted the question from the form : field could be deleted.
But I recreate a new field on another objet and recreate the same question above , I get the following results :

• I get "Unexpected error" when I save the form, which seems to be another bug
• I get the same behavior when I try to delete the field

The error message "The field 'Test' cannot be deleted because it is used in a form question" was expected, as the field was linked to a question in a GLPI form.

Could you please create a new issue for the new problem?
