There seems to be a problem with the automatic reminder action for the satisfaction survey; it always returns an "aborted" status and doesn't show how many reminders were sent. In my case, I created a survey within the plugin and activated it, but I didn't create any specific questions. I just want it to generate reminders for the available surveys.
