Description
If an internal layer error occurs, as in pragtical/plugins#33, the interface may become stuck and unresponsive to clicks and action selections. Reopening the tab helps.
As you can see at 51 seconds, the action isn't always registered when simply right-clicking on the plugin line. It's best to focus this line using the left mouse button.

You might want to add Purge Repositories Cache or Sync Repositories to the action list to get available plugin updates. As the Refresh Listing only shows the current state of packages on the device.
