Cannot log in as a non-admin

The login page posts to the "/roles" API endpoint, which is set up to require admin. I think the "/groups" endpoint works as non-admin. It would make a better API login endpoint.

There is #183 .. IIUC pulp api has a new endpoint we can use for session auth, which might remove the need for that check.

But, changing to /groups might work too :)
