In conda-forge (a cross-language, cross-platform, rolling distribution), we'd need pybind11_protobuf for packaging ortools, but it seems there are no versions or tags for this repo.
Would it be possible to tag anything concrete? Doesn't matter if it's 0.0.0.1 or whatever, but as a distributor, we cannot simply "build from a random commit".
