[Bug] GATT Error Unknown

Describe the bug
What is the problem?

I can not download the Python program - first time after BT pairing with LEGO Technic Hub.
Technic Hub has already the newest Pybricks firmware.

I used 8 LEGO Technic Hubs today. Only 3 or 4 had this isssue. These 3 or 4 hubs was hubs with a screws version of locking.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I turn on the hub and BT in my computer.
2. Click on BT icon on https://code.pybricks.com/ (the python file is already written).
3. BT connection is on.
4. Click on Play (Start) icon to download and start the Python program.
5. The downloading process does not finish and the error message is shown.

Expected behavior
What did you expect to happen instead?

I want to start the Python program on the LEGO Technic Hub.

This is an operating system error, so we can't do anything about it without seeing Bluetooth packet capture logs.

Also, some Bluetooth adapters are know to not work well on Windows. I'm assuming you are on Windows since we get lots of reports of this error message on Windows.

It would be very useful to do a Bluetooth packet capture of both a working hub and a not working hub to be able to compare them to see what is different that could be causing the problem.
