The sidebar menu disappeared in the update for 0.5.11

I am not sure why (having looked through the changes in pyne/pyne) but the sidebar menu is gone at pyne.io - perhaps just a new version of Sphinx? @scopatz ?

Have you managed to resolve the issue with the sidebar menu? If not, could you please provide a screenshot of the behavior? I recently submitted a PR #15 and I might be able to address this problem there as well.
