Can I make a beamer by using typst in quarto and Positron? Because I do not want to use Latex.

We don't have yet a presentation format with typst built-in, so you would need to use a custom Typst template to use with Quarto.

Some typst template exist for presentations out there, and some based on beamer-like so it seems possible: https://github.com/FlixCoder/typst-slides

Now you would need to look at quarto.org documentation to understand how to port this to be used with Quarto.

Some other framework have done the work. For example look at https://github.com/skriptum/diatypst/

This is how you could do presentation output with Typst.

To clarify some wording:

• "beamer" is a specific class (format) in LaTeX. It has no meaning elsewhere.
  -> You cannot make a beamer in Typst.
  To be accurate, that's possible via tools like tylax, but you said "I do not want to use Latex.", thus you don't want to make or use "beamer".
• The biggest framework for slide in Typst is Touying.
  In addition to diaquarto Quarto extension, someone did adapt, at least partially, Touying into a Quarto extension called clean typst
