Icon change not initiating

Hello!
Thank you very much for this resource, I've been looking at ways to set folder icons in bulk, and this is the only solution i managed to find. Unfortunately I can't seem to make it work? I followed the installation steps and the "Folder Icon Tool" did appear in right click menu, but any of the sub options don't do anything when I select them? Am I doing something incorrectly? Really sorry for the bother, my ability to troubleshoot this kind of stuff myself is unfortunately very poor.

Did you move the "RCFI Tools" folder after installing it? If so, you’ll need to reinstall by running Uninstall.bat, then opening RCFI Tools.bat.
If the issue continues, it might be that the Russian characters in your language settings are causing problems with the code, as I’m not sure if it supports them.

Also check if the antivirus deleted some of the files.
