Interface: consider moving the back button

Hello,

When I browse mods, if I select one to have a better idea of what it does and load its description, I usually go down a bit, and the back button disappears from view. It would save the additional step of going back up from the description if the back button was kept in view all the time. Same thing for the "Install" or "Fork" buttons, actually. Maybe the whole header could stay on view?

Or it's just me and is a bad idea, I don't know. But it seems to me that's the kind of UX fine-tuning that might be worthy of discussion.

Hi, here's an issue is about this topic: #288. Note that currently, you can go back with the keyboard (Alt+Left) or with the mouse back button if you have it.
