What is the easiest GitHub achievement to earn for beginners?

I recently discovered GitHub achievements and wanted to learn more about them.

There seem to be many achievements like:

• Pull Shark
• YOLO
• Pair Extraordinaire
• Quickdraw
• Galaxy Brain

For someone who is still new to GitHub and open source:

1. Which achievement is the easiest to get?
2. Which ones are actually meaningful for a developer profile?
3. Are there achievements that recruiters notice more often?

I'd also love to hear how other developers earned their first achievement.

My first achievement was Pull Shark after merging a small documentation PR into one of my repositories.

I think Quickdraw is the easiest one to get
