Strange build error on macOS 15

Describe the bug

I got a bug when attempting to add BitcoinUI specifying that "View" is not available until macOS 10.0 or later, but my deployment target is macOS 15. Removing the package resolves the build error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a project in XCode with macOS as the target
2. Add BitcoinUI

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS 15.5

I think this is because it doesnt support macOS platform in https://github.com/reez/BitcoinUI/blob/main/Package.swift and I think the reason for that was at the time it would have required some extra work with platform conditionals and such and also maybe a little bit of rethinking for any UI edge cases well on macOS too, but let me open up an issue for this to see if I can add macOS support now in a clean way.

totally, I think I'd want support on macOS for myself too in the future so lemme take a stab at this
