Performance testing with large repositories

Test git-native-issue performance with repositories containing:
- 1000+ issues
- Deep comment threads (100+ comments per issue)
- Large binary attachments
- Complex merge scenarios

Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

- Export time
- Search performance
- ls/show command latency
