index.d.ts not included in build pacakge

Hello I see that index.d.ts is declared in the package root but it is not included in the files part of the package.json
Is this intentional because at the moment the pulled package from npm registry does not include index.d.ts file?

That's definitely a defect.
We'll make a small patch fix for that before the full TS migration release.
