@Izder456 asked on the #openbsd-gaming IRC channel about whether an OpenBSD port/package would be considered. I know @rfht and I have discussed before and we just weren't sure about interest.
I think it'd be best for us to write a manual page first, especially as we now have quite a few options that should be considered. I'll put together a PR adding a fauxstream.1 manual page as well as a Makefile for installing it and fauxstream.
