fix(system): add comprehensive error handling to SystemMonitor

- Wrap all system stats collection in try-catch blocks
- Return safe default values instead of crashing on exception
- Handle restricted access to /proc and system services on Android 12+
- Prevent app crash on startup when stats are unavailable
