Migrate to `redis` to crates.io once redis-rs/redis-rs#1035 is released

We're currently using Redis off of `main` until [https://github.com/redis-rs/redis-rs/pull/1035](https://github.com/redis-rs/redis-rs/pull/1035) is released.
