-- REPOST FROM TOPIC ON Tache Repo-- I've been using GSD for a couple days on some solo projects. It really seems to give the harnesses and LLMs the brain needed for agentic development on significant projects. I'm wondering if anyone has successfully adopted GSD in a multi-human team where several humans are working together steering on a GSD project simultaneously? If there is an obvious way, I'm not clocking it? Any direction or advice would be welcome and I'd be happy to contribute a "human teams" section to the GSD docs once I understand if/how anyone is doing this! |

From my standpoint, the GSD is not suitable for a team unless that team of solo developers happened to work together. In that case, there is no change in the workflow. There is a chance that you organize your team's work by specialty. One might work on plans and research, while others work on implementation. But that might bring more chaos than advantages. So, I don't know. |

@rokicool, do you have any suggestions on how to use it as a solo developer working on multiple branches or git worktrees? I think it might be confusing with the indexes in .planning/phases and .planning/quick having potential conflicts when I merge. Is there a workaround to it? The first thing that comes to mind is using the branch name in the phase name. But I did not give this much thought. :) |

I'm trying a workaround that uses a utility slash command so sync indexes with main. It's not perfect, but I think it might work for a solo dev that still wants to do some stuff in parallel. Will try and then create PR. |
