Deep stack trace error (execution frame not found) #4323
Description
Running Shinyrealtime (ggbot2) resulted in a deep stack trace error. Am using the current head(390f6d3) for Shiny.
Totally random - the only time in probably 50 or so runs. I have no idea what exactly triggered it, and there wasn't more information available (it was OTel traced, but had no more error information).
Opening this issue in case it's reproducible elsewhere (or someone has an idea).
