Bot says "FCP proposed for lang", pings lang advisors, when FCP is not for lang #341
Description
Spotted at rust-lang/rust#125687 (comment). Probably related to this using the merge libs-api command rather than relying on labels.
Seems like different parts of the bot use a different source of truth for what the FCP is about?
