is there a way to 1) get rid of these three buttons 2) set custom canvas sizes?

Motivation

the buttons obscure valuable writing area and I never ever want to use them for any reason _EVER_. so they get in the way when I'm trying to write the beginning of a document. normally this might be less of a problem, but on the Palma 2 Pro they occupy a relatively large portion of the screen. this happens because you can't "turn off Hand Touch" on this device because the capacitive touch grid is part of the pen solution with USI. related: I think Saber is choosing some arbitrary canvas size for a note -- it would be really great to be able to set this manually.

just to disable the three buttons would be huge. custom canvas sizes would also be really clutch on different sized devices,

I guess there's no way to attach images but it's the three buttons that pop up in the upper left corner they relate to dragging the canvas around, which again is something I actively loathe and do not want ever. I only ever want fullscreen pages and to turn pages when needed. I'm never even interested in zooming in.
