Test failures should report where in the source the failure occured #1
Description
Currently when an assertion fails it does not report any information about the failing code. A test failure should give a helpful message so the user knows which part of the source code failed just from reading the error message.
There are some units in the RTL that should help: lineinfo and infodwf.
