Polymer 2.0 update

Hiya elarb (and mfdavid too), my build chain broke with the release of 2.0 and I've been waiting on various bug fixes from the polymer-build tool embedded in polymer-cli. Because of this the projects I worked on haven't migrated P2.0 yet. Now with the recent release of polymer-cli#1.4.0 which uses polymer-build#2.0.0 (finally) and polymer-bundler#3.0.0 under the hood, I'll try and smash out the updated versions to GitHub within the week as I attempt project migration again.
