512 games like S.T.U.N. Runner for the Lynx are dumping corrupt #1141

Describe the issue.
When I am dumping S.T.U.N. Runner which is 512 the game dumps without issue, but it dumps corrupt.
Whereas games which is 1024 like Hydra dumps perfectly.
The OSCR log has the CRC32 for the dumped games.
