Magento 1 - Order confirmation email not sent

Good morning,
I've installed the script on Magento 1.9.0.0.
When a customer makes the payment with Satispay, the order confirmation e-mail is not sent.
The notice "Order confirmation email not sent" is also shown on the order page accessible from the backend.
How is it resolved?
