Add spaCy

• Create an account on Anaconda Cloud
• Reply here with the link to your account
• Make a new Anaconda Cloud API token with permissions described in https://scientific-python.org/specs/spec-0004/#process-for-adding-new-projects

• Save the API token as a repo GitHub Actions secret named ANACONDA_ORG_UPLOAD_TOKEN
• Direct @scientific-python/nightly-wheels-developers to a spacy nightly wheel for us to upload to create the package in the registry
• Verify that we have added you to the spacy team "Group" on https://anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels
• Verify that we have added the package scientific-python-nightly-wheels/spacy to the spacy team "Group"

If you'd also like to use the scientific/upload-nightly-action GitHub Action please check out the action repo's README. If you need to collect wheels from different CI jobs, consider creating a new GitHub Actions workflow with logic similar to matplotlib's or Awkward's.

Related: @ngoldbaum, given your Gist (https://gist.github.com/ngoldbaum/f7f7971f37744a455e10efc3f74b355a) I've uploaded placeholder wheels for: spacy, murmurhash, cymem, thinc, srsly, preshed, marisa-trie, and blis. I'll need to look later if this was all of them that were needed, a subset of them, or more. Regardless, if you can also note who should be maintainers for groups associated with them that would be useful.

• marisa-trie is a small third-party project that is probably not worth adding to the bunch. I don't expect much further development to it.
• preshed, cymem and murmurhash are small packages that won't see much further development to the best of my knowledge. Adding nightly wheels may be overkill.
• srsly is becoming a pure-Python package, hopefully (Unvendor all libraries explosion/srsly#120)
• The rest of the list (spacy, thinc, blis) looks complete to me.

@ngoldbaum that's fine. We just need to know what maintainer(s) is(are) going to be responsible for them and their username(s).

There can be multiple maintainers on a package group team, so while we'll need @honnibal's Anaconda cloud username we don't need to remove you, @crusaderky, unless you want to.

@crusaderky, you should be good to go for uploading nightly wheels to https://anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/spacy, https://anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/thinc, and https://anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/blis. So once you can verify that works please let us know and we'll close this out.
