Add linters, formatter, type-checkers #2
Description
We should add a system for ensuring a consisting coding style.
I think using ruff and mypy would be sufficient. Personally, I am a fan of using pre-commit so would really like to have some pre-commit hooks that could be used (similar to what we have in scifem.
Then we should also make sure to add a github action that ensures this , see e.g pre-commit worflow in scifem
