A few menu bugs

I noticed some menu-related bugs here.

When the menu line is active, the pixel line after it gets stuck and doesn't update until the menu disappears. The problem occurs in all video modes

Also, in Manual-TTL mode, when I switch from the first to the last menu item, everything is ok. However, when switching back, it appears to switch to the "invisible" item, so no brackets are visible, and attempting to modify the value has no effect (although the screen is flashing). I need to push the button again to switch to the first item.

Also, I don't like how the screen is flashing when adjusting and even switching through the menu items. Is there any way to fix it?

Thanks for the bug reports!

1. Regarding the artifacts when the menu line is on, sadly it's not an easy fix. The function that displays the screen is slightly slower when the menu is ON and the Pico's CPU can barely keep up. This is causing the next line being displayed incorrectly and other artifacts in some cases.

2. Good catch, fixed.

3. Regarding the flashing image when navigating the Manual-TTL menu, it's because of the additional cycles the Pico takes to render the new text. This results in a small glitch in the VGA signal timings which results in the VGA monitor loosing sync for a few frames. On my DELL 1707FP monitor the image does not flash at all, it just jumps a few lines up or down a bit. Sadly this too is pretty hard to fix properly as the rendering overhead is hard to hide.

I also noticed that when switching from Manual-TTL to Auto-TTL and we are in the wrong mode due to manual-ttl (e.g., we are in 640x200 when we should be in 640x350) the image does not automatically change to the auto-detected mode.
