Add IPC sub-clients #21

Similar to the current architecture of Bitcoin Core, we should probably have a single initClient that delegates work to fooClient. For the current layout, that would be initClient.makeEcho -> echoClient.
Because this node is always eclipsed in the current design - I don't think that's a big deal for what we are doing FWIW - it would be nice to know the metadata about who we are connected to. I imagine this would be a initClient.makeNetwork -> networkClient layout. Might get around to this soon, if it makes sense
