Missing hidden files in 5.6.0 tarball

The 5.6.0 tarball doesn't contain hidden files (such as .VERSION, .LIBSEMIGROUPS_VERSION). In particular, the missing .LIBSEMIGROUPS_VERSION prevents compilation of the package with external libsemigroups, since the version check is not functional.

Thanks for the report @antonio-rojas. This is the first release using the GitHub action for gap package releases, and apparently I messed it up. I'll try to make new release asap

Nothing happened to #584, it's still there, this is a separate issue, I think.
