[UI Bug] Vertical screenshots letterboxed/shrunk in sending preview

When selecting a tall vertical image to send, the 'midway' preview window scales it down significantly with large black bars, making it unreadable

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a chat.
Select a long vertical screenshot from the gallery.
Observe the preview scaling before hitting send.
