[Bug]: Thinking error block stops the session

Description

Whenever there's an issue using the Claud models due to the thinking block, is it possible to auto-inject response to resume automatically?

Currently it's difficult to run automations because once it reaches this thinking block issue, it doesn't resume automatically.

I believe "https://github.com/NoeFabris/opencode-antigravity-auth" had a similar solution for this which can be referenced as an example.

Session Recovery Implemented

Fixes automatic recovery from thinking block errors. When Claude thinking models hit must start with a thinking block errors, plugin now:

1. Detects error automatically
2. Fixes session data (adds missing thinking blocks)
3. Auto-injects "continue" prompt to resume
4. Shows toast notification

Testing locally (from README):

git clone https://github.com/shekohex/opencode-google-antigravity-auth.git
cd opencode-google-antigravity-auth
git checkout session-recovery
bun install

Then load local plugin in ~/.config/opencode/config.json:

Run opencode and use a Claude thinking model. Trigger thinking error - it auto-recovers.

Default: enabled

Disable with:

What do you mean by prod version? It doesn't, as it will use your local copy of the plugin instead of the npm one, until we confirm the fix.

Yes, it's a branch off the main branch, do you still face that issue?

got it working. just tested it and it triggered successfully

tooltip also appeared successfully

Even after updating to the latest version, I'm still occasionally getting the same error, but this time related to tool_use.

I updated like this, plus run the shell command from the release notes.

It should continue on its own, if that's not the case, we may need to handle that error too.

The continuation PR was not merged yet. I was only able to test it locally successfully
