How do I apply this to a specific folder?

I would only like the regex and highlighting to be applied to a specific folder. Is this possible?

At the moment there is no whitelist for folders to apply to. There is, however, the disable_pattern setting which should allow you to create a blacklist of sorts. I should have some time in the next few to also implement a white list.
