Force aspect ratio notification in UI

Hi, i wasnt sure if this is expected behaviour - i cant get the aspect ratio notification to show in window mode. The only way to get it working was by enabling OSD -> Volume+ Seek and even then, it only shows in fullscreen mode. Selecting OSD -> Subtitles only completely disables it.

Is there anyway to always show the aspect ratio (when its triggered) for both windows and fullscreen mode?

Using the Volume + Seek option shows that seek bar which i dont need.
