Videos getting frozen/locking up when moving to different time points using the time slider.

having an issue mainly w 4k res video when dragging the time slider on the bottom control bar to move quickly to different points in the file. That video will freeze up and SMPLayer will not resume playing it at all. I can watch other videos fine. But even after I close and reopen SMPlayer, the video that locked up remains stuck at that point, and cannot be viewing in SMPlayer. I can view it in other players but SMPlayer will no longer play that video at all.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
