Stop asking to download yt-dlp again

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When yt-dlp encounters an error, SMPlayer asks me if I want to reïnstall yt-dlp, even though I already have it installed externally.

I would like it not to ask to reïnstall yt-dlp when I don't have it installed through SMPlayer.

Also, ~/bin is not a location most people have on their computers, let alone in their $PATHs. The correct location is ~/.local/bin.
