Problem description

Currently, the only supported object detection / imagesegmentation model is SSDLite, which is pretty outdated and newer architectures can be added.

Currently, RNET uses ExecuTorch v1.0.0 which doesn't support grid sample. I managed to export RFDetr on v1.1.0 (which does support grid sample) and it seems to work with postprocessing in Python, so this task is waiting for the ET runtime in RNET to be bumped to v1.1.0
