Describe the Bug

The trees are all... weird. The main issue is that they're layered in front of the background in Castle Town other stages. The shadows also don't respect the shape of the branches. Does this happen for anyone else?

I don't know why a window border appeared in the screenshot. That's not present during gameplay.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to places where transparent alpha textures can be seen against the skybox, such as Castle Town or Miles'/Tails' Kingdom Valley (3rd stage in Team Attack Amigo). You should observe a black box around the bounds of the texture. In Sonic's Tropical Jungle Hard Mode (and plausibly elsewhere), laser walls don't render behind other transparencies.

Expected Behavior

The trees appear normally and the shadows respect the shape of the branches.
